  • In a hurry? Our priority shipping offers a faster, trackable service that usually arrives within seven to ten business days. Spend $300 or more, and we’ll cover that shipping, too. You’ll receive updates as your order makes its way to you, so you’re never left guessing.

We keep a close watch on your order from the moment it’s placed until it reaches you. Our team stays attentive, ready to step in if anything needs fixing or adjusting along the way. For us, delivery is an important part of the service you can trust.

Payment

You can pay using major credit or debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. It’s a quick and direct method, and your payment is confirmed on the spot. If you’d rather use your bank, e-checks are available too – they work like paper checks but are processed online for added convenience.

Refund

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you’re free to cancel it. No questions asked. You’ll get a full refund, quickly and easily. Once your package is on its way, the approach shifts slightly. If there’s an issue – damaged packaging, an item mix-up, or something left out – reach out within 30 days. We’ll go through it together and find a solution that feels right – this could mean a refund, store credit, or sending out a replacement with extra care.

Refunds usually arrive in your account within five to seven business days through the same payment method you used.
